Add Kiwix Serve Example
This PR adds a new
kiwixexample to the repository.Kiwix allows offline access to web content through ZIM files, and
kiwix-serveprovides a lightweight HTTP server for browsing that content.Why this should be included
Kiwix is a widely used FOSS project that enables offline access to Wikipedia and many other knowledge sources.
It is lightweight, easy to deploy with Compose, and beneficial for homelab, education, and constrained-network environments.
