Supersedes aforementioned PR by rewriting the dependency resolution to consume the new artifact under the new GAV.
Sonatype has put a relocation POM in place, which Gradle cannot resolve, overwriting the old GAV.
The change proposed solves this problem and satisfies GHSA-cmp6-m4wj-q63q
