This refactoring separates the combined extension support report into two
focused HTML pages:
Two new report generator functions were added to create separate reports with
appropriate data filtering and navigation and corresponding Jinja2 templates were
created for each report type
The old combined report has been converted into a simple landing page leading
to one of the two new reports
