Renamed the import of the ctags wrapper package from @LLMTooling/code-search-mcp-universal-ctags to @LLMTooling/universal-ctags-node in src/symbol-search/ctags-integration.ts and src/types/universal-ctags.d.ts. Also updated references in .github/workflows/README.md. This change aligns the codebase with the renamed dependency which was causing test failures.

Updated imports and type definitions to use the new package name `@LLMTooling/universal-ctags-node` instead of the old `@LLMTooling/code-search-mcp-universal-ctags`. This fixes the module not found error in tests.
