Problem
Dataset downloads fail with
403 Forbiddenerror when downloading from Zenodo.Cause
Zenodo (and some other servers) reject HTTP requests that don't include a proper
User-Agentheader. The default Pythonrequestslibrary sendspython-requests/x.x.xas User-Agent, which is being blocked.Solution
