The docs for remoteFileRefreshInterval say that the minimum value is "15 minutes (15 * 60 * 60 * 1000)". However, 15 * 60 * 60 * 1000 is 15 hours in milliseconds. Proposing change to fix the docs to reflect 15 minutes.
