Adjustable flashlight intensity with the scroll wheel.

Scrolling on its own adjusts intensity by 0.01
Holding Shift while scrolling adjusts intensity by 0.1
Holding Ctrl while scrolling adjusts intensity by 0.001


          Added adjustable flashlight intensity
