- Add Windows/PowerShell support to bash_tool.py with automatic OS detection
- Create setup-config.ps1 script for Windows users
- Update README.md and README_CN.md with Windows installation instructions
- Add troubleshooting section for common issues (SSL, module not found)

Well done! You just need to adjust the Markdown file’s formatting slightly before merge.
- Split macOS/Linux and Windows commands into separate markdown code blocks - Improve readability by using proper code block formatting - Address maintainer feedback on documentation format
