- 更新 ToolInfo 对象中 uniqueName 的获取逻辑：原来逻辑是空，改成由 nameSpace 和 name 组成
- 迁移部分内部接口到 store-service：ToolService、ToolGroupService、DefinitionService、DefinitionGroupService等服务属于内部概念，不应该将其在工具层面透出。所以需要从tool-service中转移到store-service中
