• 在McpClientFactory中添加SSE客户端的构建
• 在tool-mcp-client-service包中实现ElicitRequest和ElicitResult
• 在McpClientFactory的create()中添加elicitationHandler参数，并且不依赖SDK
• 添加DefaultMcpElicitationHandler类，把Fit版本的elicitationHandler实现转为SDK实现
