Essentially distill Farnham, Schleicher, & A'Hearn 2000 into a fully-functional module:

• Filter parameters (wavelengths, zero point flux density, solar color)
• Continuum color and spectral slope
• Afρ
• Gas production rates
• Gas decontamination
• OH filter calibration using aerosol, Rayleigh, and ozone extinction
