优化文档结构和表述，统一术语翻译，增强技术描述的准确性。调整示例说明格式，使文档更专业易读。同步更新中英文版本内容，保持一致性。
为三个GitHub工作流文件添加更多忽略路径，包括.md、.txt、.drawio、.png、.svg等文件类型，避免不必要的工作流触发
修改GitHub工作流配置，当pull request关闭时触发测试用例运行和VI检查。避免在文档更新时不必要的运行。
