refactor: rename common project to shared

Description

Renaming the ServiceLayer.Common class library to ServiceLayer.Shared

Context

The word Shared is a signifier to our CI pipelines that any changes here should trigger the rebuild of all dependent projects.

Type of changes

• Refactoring (non-breaking change)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would change existing functionality)
• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
