• Normalises story structure to a shared template for clarity, governance, and automation.

Context

• Align engineering governance with implementation by codifying controls (e.g., immutable backups, DR restore, active–passive swap) into testable stories and checklists.
• Provide a single source of truth for mappings and acceptance anchors so teams can evidence compliance consistently.
