Description

• Fixes all linting and whitespacing across the repository (make githooks-run, and the pre-commit hooks)
• Drops the acct component
• Fixes app component to tmapp and fixes remote state references
• Fixes branch component to tmbranch and fixes remote state references
• Fixes sbx component to tmsbx and fixes remote state references
• Drops a module which is no longer useful
• Fixes some data resources which should have been references

Context

In preperation for the Template Management 'smushing' into the WebUI AWS Account, the acct component needs to be dropped and all references to its state need fixing.
