Panel Replay requires PSR/PSR-SU to also be disabled to avoid heavy framebuffer corruption and flickering. Using 0x410 disables all three. Interesting. I have been experiencing this issue for a long time. It's so intermittent though so idk how to reproduce it. Thank you for the PR! I will take the feedback given in the various threads you shared as verification evidence as it's not really nix-specific.

Description of changes
Disable Panel Replay in addition to PSR on Framework AMD laptops (0x10 → 0x410).
The previous value
0x10only disabled PSR (Panel Self Refresh), but users report thatPanel Replay must also be disabled to avoid graphical corruption and flickering.
When disabling Panel Replay, PSR and PSR-SU must also be disabled to avoid issues.
0x410disables all three: PSR, PSR-SU, and Panel Replay.References:
