feat: macos firewall support using pfctl

Description

Added full macOS firewall support using the native pfctl system.
This enables dynamic IP blocking, automatic initialization, and cleanup — bringing feature parity with Linux and Windows.

Result

macOS users can run firewall with:

  sudo python3 main.py
