Background
Customer contacted us to let us know that the Azure Container Apps templates choose the wrong subscription when the provided principal has more than one subscription, it chooses the first one.

This PR fixes adds the
-Subscriptionargument to the login procedure to make sure it logs into the correct subscription when proceeding.Before
When the tenant has more than one subscription, it shows a warning that it is selecting the first one.

Logs into the specified subscription.
