[cpprestsdk] Support passing enum request parameters

Without this PR, using enums as HTTP GET request parameters, errors will occur when compiling the source code generated by cpprestsdk. Anyone please take a look.

what about add a fake endpoint to modules/openapi-generator/src/test/resources/3_0/cpp-restsdk/petstore.yaml to test enum request parameters and update the samples (step 3 in PR checklist, make sure to run the command twice) ?

please update modules/openapi-generator/src/test/resources/3_0/cpp-restsdk/petstore.yaml (as mentioned earlier) instead of the common one used by other generators for testing
