May I ask you to not write the proposal in an existing file but create a new file (named e.g. AMS.md) inside the stage-1 folder?

Thank you @mxmehl for your suggestion. I renamed the file in ams.md and reupload the original file.
Maybe it'll be cleaner to cancel my changes and just add the ams.md file ?
