has configurable movement options in milliseconds. mostly because I wanted to try it instead of the ticks all the other gba programs have.

opted not to require a bike to keep things simple.
not tested as much as the other gba programs since something about faraway island makes my device lag really quickly. but I would have to recheck all the legendary reset program movements if we ever get an official switch release/for gameboy player.
