Reverts the Claude Agent SDK migration (#63).
MCP SSE connections don't work in Modal containers - the agent was completing with 0 turns because the SDK couldn't connect to the MCP server. This restores the original implementation using direct Anthropic API calls with tools generated from the OpenAPI spec.
