ExtendedDictionary improvements

Description

Improve ExtendedDictionary to better behave as a Python dictionary (see QuantConnect/pythonnet#99).

Now Pythonnet will add container operator (in) to every class that defines Count and ContainsKey, so now ExtendedDictionary defines those.
