你这里的做法不对，有以下问题：

Q1 根据原来的设计，应该把具体的调用 mkpkg 的操作封装到 build.sh 中。你看一下 bsp/cvitek/c906_little/rtconfig.py 和 bsp/cvitek/cv18xx_risc-v/rtconfig.py 中的 POST_ACTION，都是调用的 build.sh，而不是调用 mkpkg.sh。我建议你为 build.sh 新增一个选项 "-a"。

Q2: 你这里直接运行 ./build.sh 其实除了会检查下载 rttpkgtool 外什么也不会做，你调用它的目的是什么？

Q3：我看你有 cp 的操作，其实不需要的，我们有 DPT_PATH_OUTPUT 环境变量，你再读一下 build.sh 的代码。
