bsp/simulator: improve Visual Studio 2012 project

• Add x86 Release, x64 Debug, and x64 Release to the Visual Studio 2012 project template.
• Tidy the Visual Studio 2012 project template.
• Update SDL2 Windows prebuilt binaries to 2.32.6 with x86 and x64 binaries.

Finally, we can happy with MSVC x64 Release, lol.
