rt_vsprintf size 参数是不限制输出长度的格式化打印函数，>> 1 会把最大长度砍半，这个目的是什么呢？

标准库上vsnprintf是限制最大输出长度的，不能超过RSIZE_MAX，我编译的时候编译器会报specified bound 4294967295 exceeds maximum object size 2147483647 [-Wformat-truncation=]
