fix: redirect bundling problems to stderr instead on stdout

What/Why/How?

Redirected bundling problems (such as lint errors and warnings) to stderr instead of stdout to avoid interfering with the bundled output.

Reference

Addresses #661 (comment).

Created as a potential replacement for #2525.
