The CHANGELOG appears to be incomplete. The deleted changeset file (.changeset/v3.41.2.md) contained 4 patch changes, but only 1 was included here. The following 3 items are missing:

• Fix: Reset invalid model selection when using OpenAI Codex provider (PR fix(openai-codex): reset invalid model selection #10777 by @hannesrudolph)
