This commit supports feature flags for: - Ceph - Kubernetes - Rook As we do not have feature flags for Ceph or Kubernetes yet any key is currently accepted. This will change once needed. Signed-off-by: Tobias Wolf <wolf@b1-systems.de>

This PR uses the flag support of #107 to decide if MDS filesystems with unsupported metadata name are sorted out or it is assumed that Rook added support to it's code base to define custom metadata pool names.
