Update Decky Sunshine to 2025.10.27-dddf365

Major refactoring of Decky Sunshine, including

• a fix for autmatically restoring the state of Sunshine after restarting,
• reworking the UI and code
• enabling to update Sunshine from the plugin
• creating a random password on intial setup
