Resolves #792 This commit teaches `mde_open_journal` to take full timestamp into account, when opening new journal files. Already available setting to customize time format, is published in Preferences.sublime-settings and thus available for completions.
This commit fixes various issues with emphasis (bold, italic) text terminations.
Removes all messages of MDE v2.x
This commit implements auto view name assignment according to ST's default implementation but instead of sticking with first line only, it still prefers first heading if available.
