Added VIs related to MUS 2 midi convert and music play
midi play is by calling windows api winmm.dll
main VIs only decrease doom fire rate to ensure music quality
VI can open by version later than 2014
while playing music, it's pop a mosttop window to prevent abnormal stop playing
it will cause midi handle being occupied and play no sound next time executing
