MathCAT NVDA addon v0.3.6 with Portuguese & CMU

This is a test release with a google translation for Portuguese. It also includes the Spanish/Portuguese math braille code CMU.

Also part of this is a fix for the language setting of "Auto". It now shows up in the dialog and hopefully following the current voice.
