Enable some "unrealistic" optimization for orm bench variants. All of the changes are common used practice by other Rust frameworks and it would better show case third party orm libraries.
Repurpose "unrealistic" variant to "barebone" by removing optimizations against the rule set. It would offer a better view of overhead from orm libraries.
Default variant is left unchanged with all "unrealistic" optimization disabled.
