This PR updates the
InvalidUncPatherror message to be platform specific, referencing the form\\server\sharein Windows environments, and//server/sharein other environments.The method now checks the environment's platform (
RuntimeInformation.IsOSPlatform(OSPlatform.Windows)) and conditionally returns anIOExceptionwith the correctly-formed UNC path in the message, usingSystem.Runtime.InteropServicesin theCommonExceptionsclass.
