encode and decode baconian ciphers with any characters

Describe your change:

Now Can encode and decode baconian ciphers with any 2 characters, not just A & B.
Encode function now takes symbols as an input.
Decode function now automatically detects the letters used in the cipher and converts them to A & B, mapping them to the correct letters, and then decodes the cipher.
