The Astra scraper has been set up to scrape until there are 90 consecutive days with fewer than 10 events. It seems UTD has set up some more repeating events so there are never more than a few days with fewer than 10 events, at least not for several years. This is timing out our GCP runner.
I've updated the Astra scraper to only scrape a years worth of events, just like the Mazevo scraper.
