Summary

Added a NixpkgsLicenseAuditpipeline file to audit declared vs detected SPDX licenses at the package level, with optional nixpkgs overrides and a CSV report.
Updated dropdown utility to support scrollable content and adaptive theming for light/dark modes.

Overall Changes

New pipeline nixpkgs_license_audit.py
Registered it's entry point at pyproject.toml
Scrollable dropdown CSS: main.css
Template uses scrollable dropdown: filter_dropdown.html
Ignore local history: .gitignore
