🔭 Observability Instrumentation

This PR adds metrics instrumentation to your service.

Changes Made:

Modified go.mod to add append
Modified metrics/metrics.go to add create
Modified backend/cmd/server/main.go to add append
Modified backend/cmd/server/main.go to add modify

What's Included:

✅ Prometheus metrics endpoint (/metrics)
✅ HTTP request counters and histograms
