The Boost that my team is now using requires dependents to be on more Modern C++ than 98, apparently.
Without this patch, we are faced with a veritable great wall of boost errors.
With this patch, the build should proceed as normal in existing environments, but it should also work in environments that specify the C++ Standard through some external means, such as a conan profile or a commandline flag.
