What does this PR do?
It adds extra info for users on how to make the
AzureandAzure Cognitive Serviceproviders work properly even after they added their API key. It does the same prompt log that comes when you choose the aws bedrock provider.Also added to docs that users can set the resourceName in the opencode.json
How did you verify your code works?
Ran on my local opencode dev repo with the changes.
