The failure is in QueueZeroPrefetchLazyDispatchPriorityTest, which appears unrelated to this change and looks flaky (IndexOutOfBounds in browser-based priority test). |

preDestroy() executes shutdown cleanup; this message avoids incorrectly implying that broker stop itself failed.
