Updating text and images for Installation Guide of VMWare with 7.0.3 snapshots

The images and snapshots in the documentation are from version 6.7 and do not resemble the latest versions, 7 or 8.

Additionally, there is a broken link to the VMware website, likely due to changes made by Broadcom.
