Remove directories:
- integrations/cloud_filter, integrations/fuse3
- CI: delete related workflows (ci_integration_cloud_filter, ci_integration_fuse3, test_behavior_integration_cloud_filter)
- Release: drop from .github/workflows/release_rust.yml and dev/src/release/package.rs
- Docs: mark website/docs/30-integrations/{cloud_filter,fuse3}.mdx as removed
- README: drop fuse3 entry from integrations table
