Let's try to look how images like python or node are built? I'd expect the code doing it to be open source, so we could replicate it?

Looking at the documentation:

node-playwright and node-playwright-chrome cannot get linux/arm64 builds due to Chrome not publishing for that combination (chromium works ofc)
