This pull request makes the Cosmic desktop profile no longer hidden behind the
--advancedflag since upstream is considering it stable enough to ship to the general public and all of our packages are up to date and out of the testing repository now.I didn't bother fixing the issue related to the cosmic-greeter service not being enabled as #3953 already exists to address that and should probably be merged when this/if this gets merged.
