start stubbing in the azuresource class for display.
Add an upload for the azure source.
Add compiled assemblies to match the rest of the repo

I've added azure support to the project so that you can store you files in an azure blob store. as well as a directory.
I've not actually done a pull request before so let me know if I've done something wonky.
