fix: error logs in the console.

What does this PR do?

This PR resolve some error logs that happened in the console. Mainly in dev mode:

• Webpack connection error (dev mode);
• debug that no null object can be passed through a data-channel (it was being ignored - production);
• Error log that modal doesn't have an anchor element;

Motivation

Clean logs make it easy for novice developers to engage in creating a new feature.
