Description

Add a few Esplora BlockingClient methods

Some interesting ones I looked thru after touching on #662 and looking thru the BlockingClient myself to see things I thought would be relevant for users we've onboarded recently as well as a few things that could be used in BDK iOS and such.

Feel free to ask me how any would be interesting for users if you're not sure, I can give my take on it at least.
