- Updated DEFAULT_BLUE_BLUE_ID in Preprocessor.java to a new value.
- Modified LIST_TYPE_BLUE_ID in Properties.java to reflect the new ID.
- Adjusted corresponding entry in DefaultBlue.blue resource file for consistency.
